I am a fine art photographer and printer.
My interests in subjects are… well what you see here. Mostly a narrative of ordinary people in mostly ordinary places with the intent to convey just how extaordinary that is.
My interest in craftwork is “analog.” While I do incorporate a digital component for my color and most of my platinum/palladium work, all of my images are recorded on film. I do all of my own B&W printing, and my prints are all hand crafted, either as silver gel on fiber paper, selenium toned to true archival quality, or as hand painted emulsions of platinum & palladium (small batch closed editions). Exhibition prints of any negative scan you see on this site are available for purchase. Feel free to contact me for a quote.

I’m also a guild member in full at the Mamaroneck Artists Guild in Larchmont, NY where my work can be seen and purchased. Feel free to drop by. Thank you for visiting my site.

I would also like to thank Jim Megargee for his exceptional tutelage and guidance, The International Center of Photography for the resources and opportunities unique to that fine institution, and Mary Ellen Mark and Martin Bell for the glimpse into their worlds.
